Frequently asked questions

Which files do I need?

From Seller Hub → Reports: the Profit and Loss Report (Payments) is required. Add the Settled Transactions report and Returns report (Fulfilment) for settlement reconciliation and return-reason analysis.

Is my data safe?

Your Excel files are parsed inside your browser — raw files are never uploaded. Only the calculated summary is stored in your private account so you can reopen reports.

Why a full month?

Settlements and returns take ~3 weeks to finalize. Pick a month that ended at least 3 weeks ago so the projected and paid amounts match.

What does it cost?

Your first 3 reports are free. After that, contact us for an upgrade — plans are simple and affordable.
